Creatulize is a trustable brand. Despite not having a fully functionable vacuum cleaner at the initial start, I must say the team handled every email queries that I had with very quick responses. My family was skeptical at first doubting that I will ever get the machine to work but the Creatulize team guided me patiently in every step and ultimately sent me a new item which worked well without anymore hiccups. They also kept to their promise to pay for my mailing fees when I had to send back the faulty item to a Singapore mailing address. The vacuum cleaner worked as advertised and is quite powerful for such a small gadget. I could just leave it to do its job without worrying that it will fall off my bed. Smart robot!

nice robot but tiny battery. Does the job on a bed (only 1 double bed than battery is empty)
We have a German Shepherd rescue, who loves to lie on our bed (we know she is very spoilt). We do have a blanket on there to protect our sheets, but it gets very hairy and this is where the X1 Robot comes in, as the washing machine is not great at removing the hair and in any case we don’t want to wash it every night. So on goes the X1 removing all the hair while we get on with other things. We love it and would not be without it.
I should also add that the Creatualize customer service was superb with an issue when we had to contact them.
The robot works so well and I highly recommend it to all my friends. Save so much of my time using the wired vaccum. This is really good except that it fell off my bed twice. Not sure why.Other than that, no regrets

Hi, thank you so much for your support! The purple light at the base of your robot is the UV-C sterilization system. It automatically activates during cleaning missions to eliminate germs while your robot works.
Clean beautifully. Just what I have been waiting for. Easy to use no hastle.
It's light n small. On general mode it's pretty noisy while cleaning, but it does a steady clean everytime. There's no worries the machine will fall off the bed, the sensors are sufficient to prevent a mishap. There was a slight hiccup on the the first run when it got stucked at a corner of the bed where 2 sides have fabric wrap head board. Subsequent run did not encounter such issue. It's better to start at one end of the bed to ensure that the machine covers the entire bed. The filter compartment needs cleaning each time bec dirt shows up during each cleaning. Overall, the experience is great, saves me time to clean the bed of bugs. Just leave it to run, no need to check until the cycle is finished. The battery charges reasonably fast but i noticed my charging plug is pretty hot, so be careful not to leave it unattended. Each charge gives me at least 2 rounds of cleaning my queen size bed, with juice to spare. Happy cleaning!!
Easy to use and highly effective. Takes less than 10mins for a queen sized bed. Great buy !

It’s truly excellent and won't fall off. Since I have allergies, it’s important for me to vacuum the mattress and quilt daily. After using it just twice, I noticed that I no longer sneezed at night. Now, I need to use it every day—it has made such a difference! Typically, I use the fine cleaning mode for an even deeper clean. The picture is for reference.
It's simple and handy to use. Apart from the automatic mode, you can also clean it by hand.

We always dreamed to have an automatic vacuum for our beds and couches because we have pets and they shed much furs. We never could find one product that satisfies our needs but this one finally does!! It’s fully automated vacuum for surfaces like beds. We don’t have to manually clean our beds again. We just put it on the bed and press a button. Very very convenient.
I wasn't aware the team was on a holiday because of CNY. They were efficient in mailing me the missing item. I'm currently waiting for it to be delivered here. I am satisfied with how they managed the issue. Thank you. The Bed Vacuum I initially received has been working well.

In general, I am satisfied with the product and the delivery.
I will address a few things that need improvement.
1. The vacuum cleaner skips cleaning areas so that manual completion is required.
2. The delivery arrived at a distant pickup point even though I entered a residential address.
There was no way to communicate with the delivery company and I had to order a taxi for pickup.
I ordered another vacuum cleaner for backup.
I hope it arrives at the apartment as I requested.
Was skeptical about this cleaning vacuum rabot initially but bought this to give it a try. Received in 2 weeks. Operating the machine was really straight forward. Really impressed with the cleaning performance! RECOMMENDED 100%
